At the core of Obamacare is the individual mandate, forcing citizens to have health insurance or pay a government tax. More importantly for Obamacare, though, are the trillions of dollars in tax subsidies used to fund the botched law. As it turns out, these subsidies aren't very legal with how they were created and the IRS is the main culprit. It has to do with the state exchanges and the federal exchange, where the IRS does not have the authority to restrict subsidies, based on the language in the bill

Obamacare Exchanges Only Have Four Million Newly Insured

Back in April, the Obama regime pushed their propaganda strong, stating that over seven million people had signed up for Obamacare, beating the six million goal they set for themselves. The only problem was that it was a complete lie - not everyone was "newly insured." In actuality, the number of Obamacare registrants is significantly lower - four million to be precise. And the Obama regime had hoped for 26 million newly insured individuals, making the actual figure simply pathetic.
