When Democrats don't get what they want, they simply find another path to get their way. In April, a federal appeals court ruled that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) didn't have the authority to impose the friendly-sounding "net neutrality." Since the White House knew any bill that regulated the internet would have difficulty passing Congress, they asked the FCC to ignore the courts and enforce a sweeping net-neutrality policy. Don't let the name fool you, this is a radical bill that will drastically change the internet. And it's just been passed by the Democratic-controlled FCC committee by a 3 to 2 vote.
