Obama Threatens to Veto Cut, Cap and Balance for Debt Ceiling

The big news on Capitol Hill today was that President Obama finally released his plan to address the deficit...kidding!  But it would be nice if the president would try his hand at working for the 52.7% of Americans that elected him.  More nonsense ensued today in Washington, with the particular highlights being that House Speaker John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor met privately with Obama at the White House last night, and that the House of Representatives will be voting tomorrow on Cut, Cap and Balance.  The catch: Obama immediately announced that he'd veto the bill if it got to his desk, while still offering no plans to address the August 2 debt deadline.  He's likely more concerned with the arrangements for his birthday blowout bash in Chicago.
