Senate Democrats Kill Only Debt Ceiling Plan: Cut, Cap and Balance

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, the walking disorder of a Democrat from Nevada, has just killed the only bill on the table to raise the debt ceiling before the country loses its AAA bond rating. Over 70% of Americans support the GOP bill. The Cut, Cap and Balance bill passed the House with bipartisan support, but failed in the Senate with a 51 to 46 vote, with phony moderate Democrats voting on party-line, as they always do on important issues. After blasting the House yesterday for taking the weekend off, Reid dismissed the Senate until Monday, with the key point being that he didn't offer any other debt ceiling solutions. This is the same Harry Reid that hasn't passed a budget in over 800 days. It's his problem now.
