London's Daily Telegraph newspaper has been pioneering the climategate scandal and everything related to the phony notion of man-made climate change. Their latest revelation? - the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which evaluates the risk of man-made climate change, cited two papers as a source of information regarding the reduction of mountain ice in the Andes, Alps and Africa caused by global warming.
