Hank Johnson Defends Comments on Guam Tipping Over, Capsizing

Yesterday we reported the hilarious story of Congressman Hank Johnson's (D - GA) concern that the island of Guam might "tip over and capsize." The blogosphere erupted with humor over the story, causing Johnson's office to make a statement. Johnson has Hepatitis C, which is a terrible disease and we're sorry to hear that he has this - it can cause people to lose their train of thought mid-sentence. Unfortunately, Hank Johnson's spokesman didn't even try and use that as an excuse.
