EPA Circumvents Congress to Enforce Greenhouse Gas Emissions

It feels like a weekly occurrence:  President Obama using executive authority to enforce regulation without Congressional approval.  Last week we saw the FCC pass a bill that essentially reintroduces the Fairness Doctrine to control content on the internet.  That's code for 'silence the opposition.'  Over the weekend, The New York Times uncovered a Medicare regulation that will reintroduce death panels to Obamacare.  For the trifecta, Obama's radical EPA administrator, Lisa Jackson, is moving unilaterally to regulate power plant and oil refinery greenhouse emissions.  It's the White House's attempt at enforcing Cap & Trade, which did not pass the Senate.
