Jesse Jackson Jr. Offers Idiotic Stimulus and State Bailout Plan

There are many things that one can call the race-baiting, poverty-pimp Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. (D - IL).  A criminal for trying to purchase President Obama's old Senate seat?  Sure.  A moron for saying that iPads are killing jobs?  Yes.  A Marxist claptrap for saying Obama should use administration powers to pass an $804 billion stimulus bill to employ the unemployed and bailout the states?  Absolutely!  That's the latest suggestion from the incompetent boob, Jesse Jackson Jr.  He wants Obama to go through the backdoor to pass another phony stimulus bill without Congressional approval.  The best part?  He doesn't even say what kind of jobs these new employees would do!

Here's the breakout:  $104 billion to bailout the states - with the sole purpose of buying back union votes, whose pensions and Cadillac health care benefits have put the states in such massive debt; bailout cities for $100 billion; employ the 15 million unemployed Americans at $40,000 each, costing $600 billion, with an overall total of $804 BILLION in phony stimulus funding.  And somehow, Jesse Jackson Jr., a complete and utter moron, is an elected official - one of only 435.

The Daily Caller learned of his brilliant proposal during an interview on Wednesday.  Jesse Jackson Jr. said President Obama should declare a national emergency and add jobs without "extra constitutional" action, as this stimulus would be the "only way" to solve America's unemployement crisis.  While he's at it, maybe he would also like to take the homes, cars and clothes off of the backs of private citizens!  But this is how liberals think; they believe they have the right to do anything to accomplish their extreme agenda.  The laws are irrelvent to them.

“I hope the president continues to exercise extraordinary constitutional means, based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past,” Jackson said. “He’s looking administratively for ways to advance the causes of the American people, because this Congress is completely dysfunctional.”

“President Obama tends to idealize — and rightfully so  — Abraham Lincoln, who looked at states in rebellion and he made a judgment that the government of the United States, while the states are in rebellion, still had an obligation to function,” Jackson told TheDC at his Capitol Hill office on Wednesday.

“On several occasions now, we’ve seen … the Congress is in rebellion, determined, as Abraham Lincoln said, to wreck or ruin at all costs. I believe … in the direct hiring of 15 million unemployed Americans at $40,000 a head, some more than $40,000, some less than $40,000 — that’s a $600 billion stimulus. It could be a five-year program. For another $104 billion, we bailout all of the states … for $100 billion, we bailout all of the cities,” he said.

Jackson added that his $804 billion stimulus plan is the only way to solve the unemployment crisis. “I support the jobs plan. I support the president’s re-election. I support Barack Obama,” he said. “But at this hour, we need a plan that meets the size and scope of the problem to put the American people to work.”

“We’ve got to go further. I support what [Obama] does. Clearly, Republicans are not going to be for it but if the administration can handle administratively what can be done, we should pursue it. And if there are extra-constitutional opportunities that allow the president administratively to put the people to work, he should pursue every single one of them,” Jackson suggested.

And again, he doesn't mention anything about the type of work the unemployed would do.  We suspect this would simply be a $40,000 welfare check with no obligations, ensuring him re-election for many years.  He should go back to trying to buy a Senate seat and cheating on his wife.  Jesse Jackson Jr. is a turd that won't flush that has a negative IQ.  It's sad to have to ask this, but does he even know what an idiot he is?
