MSNBC's Chris Matthews Accuses GOP of Playing 'Race Card'

Although it's been four years since MSNBC's Chris "I'll Have Another Drink" Matthews got an erotic tingle up his leg, he's still the same liberal propaganda machine.  The former Carter administration hack sets the tone for the non-network MSNBC, which means they get their talking points straight from Media Matters and the White House.  And yesterday morning was no exception, as the incoherent Matthews attempted to label the Republican Party and Mitt Romney as racist.

As the election nears, more liberals will come out of the woodwork to attack and lie about Mitt Romney and the GOP.  The attempt is to strike with fear because Democrats have nothing to run on.  Matthews was speaking with RNC chairman Reince Priebus when he pulled out the race card.  Here's the video and transcript:

“That cheap shot about ‘I don’t have a problem with my birth certificate’ was awful,” said Matthews. “It is an embarrassment to your party to play that card. This stuff about getting rid of the work requirement for welfare is dishonest, everyone’s pointed out it’s dishonest and you are playing that little ethnic card there. And you can play your games and giggle about it, but the fact is your side is playing that card. When you start talking about work requirements, we know what game you’re playing, and everybody knows what game you’re playing, it’s a race card.”

“You got your monologue in — so, congratulations,” Priebus said.

“You’re loaded up, you got it out. Good for you. The fact of the matter is that he’s from Michigan. He was born in Michigan. He’s making the point that I was born in Michigan. And you know what? We’ve gotten to a place in politics that any moment of levity is totally frowned upon by guys like you just so that you can push your brand. You know what? Good for you. It is a moment of levity. Everybody gets it.”

Priebus is damn right - Chris Matthews is loaded up - and probably loaded.  He's a drunk.

Romney's joke about the birth certificate was funny.  The elite media made the issue radioactive; it had nothing to do with Obama's skin color, as liberals charge, but that the president withheld it from the public.  Liberals are obsessed with sex, race and redistribution of wealth, so it's no surprise that they're always discussing these non-issues.

Also, it's apparently okay for Obama to joke about and campaign off of his rogue birth certificate, but Romney can't.  We'd still like to know why Obama has spent millions in legal fees keeping his documents under lock and key, but that's another story.

Chris Matthews should take it easy, put the drink down and wipe the spittle from his chin.  It's pathetic that he's part of a news team when his sole objective is to get Democrats elected.
