The phony $787 billion stimulus bill was rammed into law under the guise that it would lower unemployment to less than 6%, increase GDP to over 4% and increase green energy job opportunities. All were lies that failed miserably. A new audit of green jobs in the labor union payback stimulus bill shows they only had a 16% success rate, particularly because most workers that received training were already employed.
