Senator Blanche Lincoln (D - AR) has just said she will vote 'yes' for tonights $2.5 trillion health care vote. "Although I do not agree with everything in this bill, I have concluded that it is more important that we begin this debate," she said. "I will vote in support of closure to debate this bill." Lincoln has prided herself on being fiscally conservative to her constituents, but this latest move could cost her the election in the future. It's a dumb move by a dumb Senator.

Hidden beautifully in the Senate health care bill is a provision to increase Medicaid subsidies to "certain states recovering from a disaster." As Majority Leader Harry Reid is prying for votes to reach the 60 he needs, one Democrat that hasn't made up her mind yet is Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana. The vote is scheduled for 8pm tomorrow night and the Democrat's are scrambling to make sure everyone is on board to pass this trillion dollar bill that includes a public option, but won't cover Nancy Pelosi's botox treatments.
Alexandra Kerry, Daughter of John Kerry, Arrested for DUI in Hollywood

This morning at 12:40am, Alexandra Kerry, the oldest daughter of John "D Student" Kerry who lost the 2004 presidential election, was arrested for a DUI in Hollywood. Kerry posted a $5000 dollar bail at 5:25am. The arresting officer would not confirm Kerry's blood-alcohol level or what substance she allegedly was under the influence of.
