Obamacare Architect Admitted That States Without Exchanges Lose Subsidies

What happens when a politburo writes Obamacare behind closed doors, only keep their special interests in mind?  You end up with a law that is beyond flawed, extremely confusing and detrimental to the United States health care system.  Two courts came up with two different responses as to whether or not states would be required pay subsidies if they didn't have exchanges set up.  This is going to be the next major Obamacare battle front.

White House Changing Obamacare Rules for Territories

The Obama regime loves when attention is elsewhere.  While Israel and Hamas are fighting and a Ukrainian airline was shot down, the White House used this is an opportunity to illegally change some of the rules of Obamacare for territories.  HHS claims that residents in these territories have benefitted from all consumer protections of Obamacare, which of course have caused insurance rates to skyrocket.  Now, HHS is once again illegally changing Obamacare.

Expanding Obamacare's Coverage Proving to Be a Challenge

Obamacare forces the uninsured to get covered or pay a fine.  With open enrollment over, reaching the uninsured is proving to be a challenge for the Obama administration.  Hispanics, for example, are concerned that getting coverage will harm their undocumented, read "illegal", relatives, but the government has told them they have nothing to worry about.  The result is a smaller group of uninsured people that need to be reached with the Obamacare message.
