Supreme Court Orders Lower Court to Hear Obamacare Contraception Mandate Case

In an odd reversal, the Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Fourth Circuit Court of Appelas to hear a case regarding Obamacare's constitutionality in terms of employer requirements and mandatory coverage of birth control without co-pay. This case deals with Liberty University, which had previously sued the government over the issue, but had their case dismissed over the summer. Obviously the Supreme Court didn't address Liberty's issue, which could bring the law front and center next year.
