Obamacare Sets New Fees for Insurers to Pay for Exchanges

With Obamacare implementation in absolute chaos, it's not enough to stop the Health and Human Services (HHS) department from pushing this monstrisity.  On Friday, HHS issued rules that charge insurance companies new fees to pay for parts of Obamacare, which will get passed on to consumers, raising costs for everyone. In 2014, insurers will pay HHS up to 3.5% of the premiums for each plan they sell through the federal exchange.  The government is mandating new rules to help pay for this destructive law.
