We've often said that liberalism generates the exact opposite of its stated intent, and Obamacare is no exception. Obamacare forces every American to have health insurance or face a fine. While noble, health care for every American comes with significant consequences, including less access to care and increased costs. The Obamacare individual mandate is what makes this possible. New rules in the law will increase premiums, particularly for individuals in certain states. The result is punishment for acting responsibility.
