Forever 21 Cuts Employees' Hours Due to Obamacare

The popular retail chain for 20-something women, Forever 21, has fallen victim to Obamacare.  To maintain competitive pricing and their overall business model, Forever 21 has limited non-management workers' hours to 29.5 per week, just a shade below the Obamacare 30 hour minimum requirement for receiving health care insurance.  This has a multitude of impacts beyond personal, including economic and the growing dependent class under the Obama regime.
