Health Industry Lobbied to Push GOP States Toward Obamacare

Since Obamacare came onto the map, Republicans have been vehemently opposed to the government's takeover and control of the health care industry.  Many governors won races solely for their promise to repeal Obamacare, such as the slob Chris Christie of New Jersey and Rick Scott of Florida.  As full implementation nears, so does the choice of having the government setup a state exchange.  As it turns out, the health care industry has been lobbying heavily for GOP states to change course - and they're winning.

Flip-Flop Chris Christie to Support Obamacare

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who rode his way to election thanks solely to the conservative Tea Party movement, has proven to be a man interested in his selfish career.  The slob governor has sided with liberal policies time and again, and was even too much of a pussy to take a stance and oppose the Islamic Mosque next to Ground Zero in 2010.  Lask week, Christie changed his tune, announcing the New Jersey would sign up for the Obamacare Medicaid expansion program, handing power over to the federal government.

Dunkin' Donuts Challenges Obamacare's Full-Time Worker Definition

Obamacare includes a provision that forces employers to offer full health care insurance to any employee working at least 30 hours a week.  By expanding employer-based coverage to these part-time workers, companies take on new costs, which end up amounting to millions of dollars.  Dunkin' Donuts, the popular donut chain, is joining the fight against Obamacare and the full-time employee mandate, hoping to change the definition of a full-time employee to 40-hours per week, the standard amount.
