HHS Quietly Repeals Obamacare Individual Mandate

The most transparent administration history, right?  It's as if the inmates are running the asylum.  The core of Obamacare is the individual mandate, which requires Americans to have insurance or pay a penalty.  It's how Obamacare threatens people into purchasing insurance.  Well, HHS secretly extended this rule for two years, giving Democrats some much-needed political coverage.  However, the fact of the delay itself is evidence just how flawed Obamacare really is.

White House Won't Reveal How Many Obamacare Enrollees Have Paid

March 31st is quickly approaching, as the onslaught of Obamacare advertisements continue, reminding Americans they need health care insurance or face a fine.  So far there have been 4.2 million Obamacare enrollees, far fewer than the original goal of seven million, which was revised to six million.  There's a major problem, though: the Obama regime isn't saying how many Obamacare enrollees have actually paid for their plans.

Obamacare Glitches Costing Millions of Dollars

Maryland is facing costs of $30 million thanks to an Obamacare glitch, which is yet another blackeye for the failed law.  Maryland's Obamacare exchange can't determine if customers remain eligible for Medicaid, forcing them to delay eligibility for six months, meaning payments will be made to customers who are not eligible until the system is fixed.  There are similar delays in other states, causing the Obama regime to suspend mandates until everything is fixed, something they don't have the power to do.
