Congress voted down the amnesty DREAM Act multiple times. However, President Obama, through executive fiat, deemed the law passed and implemented it last month behind the scenes. Droves of illegal aliens lined up to get the appropriate papers for citizenship. This was solely done to buy the Hispanic vote and register new Democrat voters. However, newly obtained letters reveal the coordination between immigration agencies and the White House, which planned to use selective enforcement to keep as many illegals in the U.S. as possible.
