New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has become a rising star in the Republican party for many reasons, but the main one is: he's not taking no crap from anybody. Politics as usual in the Garden State is no longer under Christie's watch. At a town hall speech yesterday, Christie laid out the scene that is now the normalcy at teacher's unions, the NJEA in this case - they're a bunch of thugs. Citing that a New Jersey teacher pays $730 a year to join, teachers also have the option of not paying, but they still have to pay 85% of the union cost. He compared it to the Hotel California.
