Last week, the undocumented President Obama made a historic announcement that the United States and Russia had agreed to reduce nuclear arms stockpiles. Although this wasn't too surprising, the liberal media didn't focus much attention to the announcement. However, Obama has made it clear that he feels having a dialogue with America's enemies will stop terrorism - a typical response from the charismatic demagogue. His latest plans do put America at risk: Obama wants to significantly reduce any use of nuclear weapons.
