Islamic Tolerance: Koran Burning & the Ground Zero Mosque

For those of you unfamiliar with any of the planned events to mark the ninth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 tragedy this Saturday, a church in Florida is planning to hold a Koran burning event - the Muslim holy book. The Dove World Outreach Center is lead by pastor Terry Jones and this isn't the first time he's protested Islamic extremism on 9/11, but he's never before staged a Koran burning, which has already caused massive protests in heavily Muslim-populated countries. General David Patraeus has even weighed in on the situation and strongly feels this could danger our troops - and he's right. With the Ground Zero mosque situation further dividing Americans and Muslims, this is only adding fuel to the fire.
