Obama's Illegal Recess Appointments Ruled Unconstitutional

Last year while Congress was in recess, President Barack Hussein Obama appointed members to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to push his radical agenda. Obama knowingly broke the law, as Congress was still in session. Last week, a federal appeals court overturned Obama's appointments, calling them unconstitutional. This challenged liberals, as talking heads and even White House press secretary Jay Carney attacked the court for over-stepping. The real issue is that Obama's dictatorial actions were called out.
