TFI’s West Testifies On Cap-And-Trade

The Fertilizer Institute's Chairman testified on Capital Hill last week about the proposed climate change and 'cap and trade' bill and the severe impact it will have not only on the agriculture industry, but also the US economy. Under the proposed bill, the US fertilizer industry faces improving current efficiencies beyond what science is capable of producing.
