The core of Obamacare is the individual mandate, forcing every American to have health insurance or pay a fine. Therefore, the IRS is crucial to the implementation of Obamacare. As the law prepares to go live next year, the government is pathetically fine-tuning the application process and state exchanges – both are going miserably. But once again, a new tax has been uncovered for those that lie about their income to get a bigger subsidy.

Sandra Fluke's parents should be proud of the attention she's brought to the most important issue facing America: Obamacare's coverage of sex change operations. Last week, little attention was being paid to Medicare for their consideration paying for sex change operations of individuals that feel they got screwed in the womb. The revived attention forced the Health and Human Services (HHS) department to reconsider how Obamacare handles those ever important - and very normal! - sex change procedures.

The Supreme Court ruled Obamacare constitutional after likely threats from the Obama regime to Chief Justice John Roberts last summer. The ruling made zero sense because the Obama regime specifically stated that Obamacare wasn't a tax. While Americans are now subjected to this abortion of a law, the Pacific Legal Foundation is pursuing a new legal route, one that focuses on the process which Obamacare was rammed into law: the bill originated in the Senate, not in the House, where it needed to.
