With Obamacare implementation in absolute chaos, it's not enough to stop the Health and Human Services (HHS) department from pushing this monstrisity. On Friday, HHS issued rules that charge insurance companies new fees to pay for parts of Obamacare, which will get passed on to consumers, raising costs for everyone. In 2014, insurers will pay HHS up to 3.5% of the premiums for each plan they sell through the federal exchange. The government is mandating new rules to help pay for this destructive law.

In an odd reversal, the Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Fourth Circuit Court of Appelas to hear a case regarding Obamacare's constitutionality in terms of employer requirements and mandatory coverage of birth control without co-pay. This case deals with Liberty University, which had previously sued the government over the issue, but had their case dismissed over the summer. Obviously the Supreme Court didn't address Liberty's issue, which could bring the law front and center next year.

Hobby Lobby, the arts and crafts store, is the largest private company that's sued the government over Obamacare's contraception mandate. The religious company is being forced to ignore their faith by covering free birth control to their employees. By ignoring the law, they face a massive daily fine of $1.3 million, showing how costly Obamacare is to employers.
